At our store, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement if applicable.
